I first bought samples off their eBay store and to my surprise it came by express mail sachet filled to the brim with off cuts of every laminate flooring they had rather than just the set listed on the site. I had a ball trying to sort through them and it came in handy for my friends who lived in rural areas who could not get to their showroom easily."

The team still took the time to answer all my queries despite having a really busy time with new stock containers coming in and me changing my mind a few times. At no time was I pressured to buy a more expensive product. "I finally decided to go to their showroom. There was ample parking and it was very easy to find by a major road. The natural lighting made it easy to see which flooring would suit me best and I finally made my decision. I was limited in my choice of underlay as I lived in an apartment, and they gave me a very reasonable price on the underlay that would suit all requirements. I went on a Thursday and Jack kindly slotted me in on the Saturday to measure and quote. He called half an hour before arriving to confirm time of arrival. The quote itself took about half an hour and again Jack was patient about explaining what could and could not be done, consulting with my contractor who was also there to coordinate the flooring installation smoothly."
"The rest of the process was like clockwork. Installers came on time and finished in a record 6 hours while I had the air conditioner ducts cleaned. The teams worked around each other and I was very surprised to receive a call around 1.30 pm in the afternoon asking me to come over and they would wait for me to return the keys. I arrived just as they finished cleaning up the apartment, taking away all the packaging/debris and waited for me to inspect their work. The team told me that the allowances they made for my cabinets could be easily changed if the distances were incorrect. Flooring looks absolutely wonderful and I am still astounded by the pricing. If I owned a house I would opt for the more expensive engineered wood."
