Lion King Flooring will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods
purchased from in-store or online.
We do our best to ensure that the products that you order are delivered to you in full and
according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, or items
different from the ones you ordered, or there is some other reason why you are not satisfied
with the order, you may return the order, or any products included in the order, and receive a full
refund for the items.
Please take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your care. Any goods returned must be in a
resalable condition. They must be unworn / unused with original tags attached and in original
packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to
ensure they are not damaged in return transit.
Any product which the company has elected to accept must be returned at the Customer’s cost
to Lion King Flooring warehouse in Guildford NSW 2161.
Returning of Goods
Goods returned to Lion King Flooring for change of mind or you have ordered incorrectly, will only be
accepted on the below conditions:
- Lion King Flooring must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items
- Must be returned BEFORE 30 days of original purchase**.
- Goods must be returned in full i.e. No missing parts.
- Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.
- 10% restocking fee applies for all items returned or cancellations.
Return/exchange of non-faulty goods
We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges on non-faulty goods**.
**Please note: Any return of goods must first be approved by Lion King Flooring and no returns
will be accepted 30 days after the buyer receives it. The Customer must pay all costs relating to
the transport/ shipping of the returned goods back to Lion King Flooring warehouse in Guildford
