Engineered is one of the most popular alternatives to solid timber flooring. Engineered are floating floors that can be installed in units and apartments unlike most solid timber. As engineered timber is made from multiple layers of timber and plywood, this makes the board significantly more stable in changes in humidity. The top layer of engineered floors is a veneer of solid timber that is cut between 2-6mm on top of the multi-plywood backing. Engineered timber is now the most common type of wood flooring used globally
and offers a wide range of finishes and styles to suit any household.

Sometimes, to save up to 3 times the cost of freight, the flooring and accessories will be delivered to the nearest transport depot for you to pick up or to a business address with a forklift to unload instead of delivering to your door. |
